I am a Nepalese lawyer and public policy professional with a B.A.LLB from Tribhuvan University and experience spanning corporate compliance, energy regulation, open data governance, and international advocacy.
Currently I serve as Project Coordinator at Open Knowledge Nepal, leading data literacy programs for youth and government stakeholders, and as a member of UNICEF's Young People's Action Team (YPAT) for South Asia.
My thesis examined the Right to Self-Defense in International Legal Framework. I believe law and data, wielded together, are among the most powerful tools for transparency and civic empowerment.
